Our Association was one of the first to get involved with Helen Geary and her organisation, which sort to have the Leys Institute Library not sold by Auckland Council but earthquake-proofed. Hours of work have gone into this and the recent decision by the Council, to approve this in the latest budget round, is testament to this.
